The October meeting was held on the Island and called to order at 8:15 by President Jeff Komorow.

Gerry Barton, Gavin Bloch, Ann Marie Cunningham, Jim Drew, Bill Eichbaum, Alan Gelb, Larry Heilman, Jeff Komarow, John Noble, Sherry Pettie, Tryon Wells, and Dave & Jane Winer.

Minutes
The September Minutes were approved without changes.

Gerry Barton reported that Joe has done a lot of work on the tool shed, and would like to install windows. A Motion carried approving up to $1,000 be spent for shed windows.

No other business was transacted at the meeting. After quite a bit of discussion of the proposed construction project and its financing, the meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
