Old Business
It was noted that several years ago a tree was planted for Phil Stone.

New Business
Discussion was held on planting smaller sized (2-4 inch) trees at the north end of the island. The beavers have been killing this size of tree. Efforts would be made to guard new trees from the beavers. Additionally, measures to encourage siltation on the northern end of the island were also discussed. The idea was considered to begin a study on how the land area size of the island has been changing over time. The issue is to see if measures could be taken to encourage siltation and discourage erosion.

Revision of Standing Rules
As presented in the April Islander, the revised Standing Rules were unanimously approved.

By-Laws
President Wells moved that the By-Laws be made gender neutral, the measure passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 PM.
